Our Program
Foster360
History
Foster360 began in 2018 by connecting youth to community resources through navigation services. We soon recognized that these efforts, while impactful, were not enough to address the deeper challenges faced by young adults transitioning from foster care. Understanding that stability starts with a safe home, we acquired housing, allowing youth to focus on healing and personal growth without housing insecurity.
We expanded our program to include comprehensive wraparound services - trauma related therapy, life skills training, career/educational guidance and case management, tailored to each youth's unique journey.
Our goal is to ensure youth exit into safe, permanent housing, with never ending support system and skills for success.
